Jeff Martin has more than 30 years of leadership experience in operations and safety management and currently serves as vice president of safety at Casella Waste Systems. Previously, he spent 25 years at WM, progressing from sales, operations and safety roles to president of Waste Management Safety Services.

His career reflects a strong commitment to safety excellence, operational innovation and people-first leadership. His key achievements include leading teams in developing safety programs, driving risk reduction, creating driver and manager training programs and coordinating disaster response efforts.

Jeff is a nationally recognized speaker, a former safety chairman of the National Waste & Recycling Association and a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
